Thanks so much for all of your help with our trip. You truly crafted an unforgettable experience for us, and there’s no way we would have been able to fit so much in without you.
I was impressed with your timeliness, thoroughness and follow up throughout the entire trip. Every single guide and driver that we had were knowledgeable, friendly and gracious. AnnaMaria and Ronnie were an especially great team to have on the Arequipa-Colca-Puno leg of our trip.
The hotels/hostals that you chose were in great locations and have great staff as well. The Casa Andina properties were especially great!
I’m an event planner here in the states, so I know how hard it is to make everything run smoothly, but you managed to make it happen for the entire trip. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated the times that you checked in with us throughout the trip, and how every detail was handled for us.
Thank you, thank you, thank you so much for everything. I have a few friends who are considering trips to Peru, and I would recommend them to use Andean American tours without any hesitation.

We have just returned from Peru. We wanted to thank all the staff at Andean American Tours. We vhad a fantastic time with all the stress of travelling removed. The itineray was great, booking the holidaynwas hassle.
We would especially like to thank our guide for Cuzco, Paula Jimena. She really made it an exceptional experience. She made sure we were ok, very informative and was good company.
We would recommend anyone to use "Andean American Tours" when visiting Peru and we will definitely use the company again.
We have a small gift for Paula Jimena, though we did not get an address for the Cusco office. Could you let me knowthe address so i can post it to her.

Wonderful time! It is such a beautiful country and every person we dealt with, from Andean American Tours and businesses to locals, were unbelievably friendly and helpful. Daniel was a fantastic friend and guide, the best.
The only disappointments or changes that I would make would be to stay out of Lima. We are not city dwellers, our group all lives in the country. So we do not enjoy city life and Lima is crazy. I liked the place we stayed in Miraflores and we enjoyed our first night there but if I did it again I would leave the following day. Also I would catch a later flight out of Cusco and spend as little time in Lima as possible.
But I can not say enough good things about our experience. We will probably be looking at Andean American Tours for future travel. Give our thanks to the whole group. We will tell all of our friends and anyone who will listen to us about the great experience and how good it was with you.

We had a wonderful experience, a holiday never to be forgotten. You were good company and helped make it a great holiday. We can't thank you enough.

Fred, We could not have had a better time here in Peru. As you know we leave tomorrow for Lima and then back to the US. So I wanted to get this email to you now. Thanks to Jenny we were very well taken care of. She stayed in contact with us each day and we really enjoyed her company. She is very professional and a great representative of your company. We will recommend your company to our friends and tell them that they should come to visit Peru. Machu Picchu was our main reason for coming to Peru and it was wonderful. No pictures can really express what it is really like. You have to be there to know. We are grateful also that we were able to spend time in Cuzco and the Sacred Valley because both helped perpare us for our visit to Maccu Picchu. So many people think that Maccu Picchu is the main sacred site of Peru, but we learned that all the sites are just as sacred. Thanks again

Everything was fantastic, all of the guides were well informed and knowledgeable. All of our activites were well coordinated and planned and the connections were always on time very punctual and couterious. This journey was not only educational, and in more ways than one, for me. It was also very humbling. Though I do not come from wealth and had to struggle and work hard all my life, I did manage, despite personal efforts, to start taking certain things in life for granted. Hi Fredy, thanks for arranging our great vacation! My son and I had a wonderful time. Everything you put together was the best - I would not have change anything - guides, transportation, hotels, tours, activities were great, I could go on. You put together a 1st class trip. I highly recommend your you and company. We have already begun to recommend your company to family and friends, and we hope one day to return ourselves. My one suggestion is that you consider offering a Spanish course as an adjunct to the tours. I think that many travellers would welcome the opportunity to learn the language as part of their cultural experience. Even one week with four hours of instruction per day would be most beneficial, and Arequipa might be the perfect place to offer it. Again, much appreciation and many thanks, Next time I go to Peru I will getting in touch with you - maybe next Oct-Dec I would like to hike the Inca Trail. Thanks again....

Just wanted to let you know how much fun I had while in Peru and Paula Jimena was a huge part of the fun we got to participate in. She was very well-prepared and informative and she always had other guides who were just as prepared as she. Please know that I think Paula is a wonderful asset to your business. I'm glad that she was our guide and I now consider him a friend. Sincerely.
She was extremely attentive to our needs, efficient in every aspect, and such a delight to be with, just a dear of a young lady. By the end of our tour we wanted to take her home with us! The tour guides that we had in Lima, Cusco, Machu Picchu, and the Puerto Maldonado Jungle were all so knowledgeable, proud and enthusiastic about their country it was a pleasure to share it with them. We would not hesitate to recommend others to travel with "Andean American Tours"--it was a trip of a lifetime! Thank you! And please tell Paula Jimena she's the BEST!!!

Hi Fredy I would like to thank you for organising a great itinerary. I really enjoyed Peru and my favourite was Cusco esp the hotel Casa Andina. Thank you for recommending the latter hotel. The food was more than great, and the tour guides were very professionals. Also the drivers are wonderful. I have to say, I appreciated the great vehicles we got to tour in and I really felt at ease with the professionalism of the drivers. It is truly a top notch tour and we will recommend it to our friends.The Andean American Tours staff were friendly and well organised and in particular please thank Cesar and Jenny as they were great. I would definitely come back to South America and also recommend your company to anyone wanting to travel in Peru. Once again thank you for a great holiday!!!

We have now returned to England and no doubt, you will not be surprised to hear it is raining and cold here for the time of year!! thanks so much for a wonderful time walking the Inca Trail, your comments as we walked along will be remembered for some time. The views were fantastic and our photos have come out very well. We were glad the sun shone on the final day.
As promised, please find enclosed 11 copies of the photograph of the whole group, ten for you to pass on to the friends in the highlandsand one for you ti keep.
We have told all our friends that Peru is wonderful place and have recommended Andean American Tours to them!!
