All our programmes can be tailor made according to your requirements, whether regarding the length of your tour, any special interests or specific activities, flight reservations, optional destinations or tours.

Day 1: INTERNATIONAL ARRIVAL IN LIMA
Arrive in Lima, reception at the airport by our Andean American Tours representative and transfer by private car to the hotel on the way you will receive a briefing on your tour; vouchers covering all the services included in your tour and additional information on the organization of your  trip . Overnight  in your selected hotel.

Day 2: LIMA - CUZCO : Sightseeing Tour and Visit to Nearby Ruins
Breakfast in your hotel.
Transfer from your hotel to Lima’s airport. Flight  to Cuzco. Upon arrival , reception at the airport by our Andean American Tours’ representative and transfer by private car to the hotel.
In the afternoon, we will visit the City of Cusco on a guided tour visiting the Main Square, the Cathedral and the Temple of the Sun or Koricancha (Santo Domingo’s convent). Then, we drive out of the City to visit the Inca sites of Kenko, Tambomachay, Puca Pucara and the impressive Fortress of Sacsayhuaman, strategically built on a hill overlooking Cusco, famous for its enormous carved stones, some of them standing over 9m/30 ft high and weighing over 130 tons. Lunch on your own. Overnight  at your selected hotel.

Day 3: Machu Picchu
Breakfast in your hotel.
The day starts with an early morning transfer to Cuzco train station for a 3 ½ hours journey to the famous Inca Citadel of Machu Picchu, also known as "The Lost City of the Incas" one of the best known examples of surviving Inca architecture. Arrive at Aguas Calientes Station followed by a 30-minute bus drive, climbing 6km of winding road, to the marvellous Citadel. Upon arrival, you will participate in a guided tour of the Citadel, visiting the Main Plaza, the Temple of the Sun, the Sacred Sun Dial, the Royal Quarters, the Temple of the Three Windows and various burial grounds. In the afternoon you will be transferred to the selected hotel in Aguas Calientes, the nearest village just 25 minutes from Machupicchu by bus. Where we will also be able to enjoy the medicinal thermal pools. No meals included.

Day 4: Machu Picchu - CUZCO
Breakfast in your hotel.
Leisurely breakfast. Excellent opportunity to wake up early and enjoy with a beautiful sunrise as well as stroll by the Town of Aguas Calientes and visit its hot spring thermal waters. Then, you will have time to perform some of the following activities: (not included in the overall tour price)
1. Visit the Citadel of Machu Picchu for the second time.
2. For the most adventurous people, we suggest to go up the Huayna Picchu (if it is not raining) from where you can appreciate the immensity of Machu Picchu, even more amazing being high and distant. Arriving at the top takes about two hours and a half and it must be before 13:00 hours. In the afternoon, back to Cusco by train. Lunch on your own. Overnight  at your selected hotel. Dinner in a local restaurant.

Day 5: CUZCO - LIMA
Breakfast in your hotel.
Transfer to the airport and assistance on your departure, flight to Lima. Meet and transfer to your selected hotel in Lima.
In the afternoon visit of Lima, colonial and modern areas: Plaza Mayor with panoramic views of the Cathedral, Archbishop’s palace, and Government Palace, we will continue with a visit to the San Francisco Convent, continue to the residential districts  of San Isidro and  Miraflores, visiting Huaca Pucllana, archaeological complex  and finalizing at  the Parque del Amor  with a very impressive view of Lima’s coastline. No meals included.

Day 6: LIMA
At proper time transfer to the airport for your international flight.
